Editorial policy

Content is written and reviewed by our PharmD review team. A pharmacist reads a drug interaction the way a cardiologist reads an EKG — as the first question, not an afterthought. Every compound graded on this site is checked against the medication you're already taking before anything else, because that is the question most longevity clinics ask last, if they ask it at all.

Reviewers are named on every page along with the date the page was last reviewed. If a page carries no reviewer and no date, treat it as unfinished.

Claims are traced to primary sources: peer-reviewed human trials indexed in PubMed, trial registrations on ClinicalTrials.gov, and regulator documents from bodies such as the FDA, EMA, MHRA and the European Commission.

Study citations link to the DOI, not to a summary of the study. If you want to check a claim against the paper, the path is one click and we would rather you took it.

We do not cite other blogs, supplement-brand marketing, or podcast appearances as evidence for a claim about what a compound does.

Rankings are decided before any affiliate link is added, using the criteria published on the ranking page itself. No brand pays for placement, no brand reviews a page before it publishes, and no commercial relationship changes a grade or an ordering.

Where a compound cannot legally be bought in your market, the buying section is not shown at all — the site does not link to sellers in markets where a product is unauthorised, regardless of what it could earn.

Where the evidence is weak, the page says the evidence is weak. Where trials contradict each other, the page states the contradiction. Where nothing is known — long-term safety being the usual example — the page says nothing is known rather than implying safety by omission.

This is deliberate. A longevity reader is usually being sold certainty by everyone else; the value here is the part they are not being told.

If a page is wrong, it gets corrected rather than quietly deleted. Material corrections — a changed grade, a withdrawn claim, a safety update — are noted on the page with the date.

If you believe something here is inaccurate, say so and cite what you are relying on. Corrections from readers are welcome and are not treated as complaints.
