How to find a longevity consultant using lab data?
A longevity plan that isn't built from your actual lab data is a guess with good branding. If you already have blood work, a DEXA scan, or a VO2max test, send us the numbers and we'll build the conversation around what they actually show — not a template stack.
CureMed is a PharmD-reviewed longevity information site — not a clinic and not a supplement store. Every question sent here goes to CureMed's PharmD-led review team, the same team that grades every compound and protocol on this site A through D on the actual human evidence. We'll read what you send and reply directly.
What the consult includes
- An interpretation of your existing labs specifically through a longevity lens — what's worth prioritizing and what's already fine.
- An honest evidence grade (A–D) for anything you're considering, with the reasoning explained in plain language.
- A check of what you send against your current medications and supplements for interactions.
- A referral to a licensed clinician in your country if your question needs a diagnosis, labs, or a prescription.
Questions people ask first
What lab data is most useful to send?
A standard metabolic panel with lipids (especially ApoB, if you have it), HbA1c, and inflammatory markers like hs-CRP cover most of what matters. If you also have a VO2max, grip-strength, or DEXA body-composition result, those add real signal too.
Is this a doctor's appointment?
No. It's a free, educational conversation with CureMed's PharmD-led review team about your longevity question. If your question needs a diagnosis, a prescription or ongoing medical care, we'll say so plainly and point you to a licensed clinician in your country — we never pretend a message thread replaces a medical visit.
Who actually answers?
A member of CureMed's in-house, PharmD-led review team — the same team that reviews every page on this site — not a chatbot, and not an outsourced call centre.
