Best longevity consultant
The longevity industry sells a lot of protocols with very little behind them. Before you commit to a stack, a clinic membership, or a compound you read about, send us what you're considering and we'll tell you honestly what the human evidence actually supports — and what's mostly marketing.
CureMed is a PharmD-reviewed longevity information site — not a clinic and not a supplement store. Every question sent here goes to CureMed's PharmD-led review team, the same team that grades every compound and protocol on this site A through D on the actual human evidence. We'll read what you send and reply directly.
What the consult includes
- An honest read on whether a specific longevity protocol, supplement or clinic is backed by real human evidence.
- An honest evidence grade (A–D) for anything you're considering, with the reasoning explained in plain language.
- A check of what you send against your current medications and supplements for interactions.
- A referral to a licensed clinician in your country if your question needs a diagnosis, labs, or a prescription.
Questions people ask first
Is longevity medicine even a real specialty?
It's an emerging field with real science behind parts of it (metformin and rapamycin trials, biomarker research) and a lot of unregulated marketing layered on top. Our job is telling you which is which for whatever you're considering.
Is this a doctor's appointment?
No. It's a free, educational conversation with CureMed's PharmD-led review team about your longevity question. If your question needs a diagnosis, a prescription or ongoing medical care, we'll say so plainly and point you to a licensed clinician in your country — we never pretend a message thread replaces a medical visit.
Who actually answers?
A member of CureMed's in-house, PharmD-led review team — the same team that reviews every page on this site — not a chatbot, and not an outsourced call centre.
