Longevity medicine · independently reviewed

The next chapter of medicine isn't one cure. It's longevity — living longer, better.

Anti-aging drugs, regenerative medicine, early disease detection, AI health forecasting and longevity clinics are already reshaping healthcare — and the wave behind them reaches into technology, finance and how entire cities support longer lives. The goal was never just more years. It's more of them lived healthier, stronger and independent. We show you what's real today, so you're not finding out last.

The real question

If science could safely extend your healthy years, how many would you want?

95years
80130+

That's close to a healthy lifespan today. The honest work left is protecting it — catching disease earlier and keeping the years you get strong, not just long.

How the site works

We don't grade on potential. We grade on proof.

Strip the marketing away from any of the eight areas above and the job is the same: read the trial data, the regulatory filings and the company's own claims, then say plainly what's proven, what's promising, and what's being sold on hope alone. That's the whole method — no exceptions for a big name, a compelling story, or an advertiser.
01

Primary sources only

Every figure traces to a trial registry, a regulatory filing or a peer-reviewed paper — never a press release repeated as fact.

02

Graded, not just described

Each compound, device or claim sits on an evidence tier — approved, in trials, or marketed on hope — so the gap between hype and proof is visible at a glance.

03

Reviewed and dated

A pharmacist checks interactions and regulatory status before anything publishes, and every page carries the date it was last checked against new trial data.

Why pharmacy

A pharmacist reads a drug interaction the way a cardiologist reads an EKG — as the first question, not an afterthought. Every compound graded on this site is checked against the medication you're already taking before anything else, because that is the question most longevity clinics ask last, if they ask it at all.

Questions

Before you spend anything

What is a longevity clinic actually for?

It concentrates diagnostics that are normally scattered across separate specialists — whole-body imaging, extended blood panels, genomic and epigenetic testing — and turns the results into a monitored plan. The value is in the synthesis and the follow-up, not in any single test.

Are longevity clinics worth the money?

It depends almost entirely on what you would otherwise do. For someone who has genuinely no baseline data and will act on the findings, a thorough workup can surface things ordinary care would miss for years. For someone who wants a number to feel reassured by, the same package is an expensive reassurance purchase.

Is biological age testing reliable?

Epigenetic clocks are real science with genuine limitations. They correlate with ageing at a population level but have meaningful test-to-test variability in individuals, and no clock has been validated as a treatment target. Read a result as a trend line, not a verdict.

Do longevity clinics prescribe unapproved treatments?

Many do, and it is not automatically wrong — off-label and compounded prescribing is legal and sometimes appropriate. What matters is disclosure: a clinic that names off-label use as off-label is behaving properly, and one that presents an unapproved peptide as an established therapy is not.
